Just wanted to throw this out there. I have been using oil of oreganol p73 (only) for about a year. I use it on myself and kids. It is amazing for a cold or flu. It works nice. Very hot at first. You put 3-5 drops under your tongue a couple of times a day and count to 25ish then drink a cold glass of water. It burns, but it is good stuff. Cass Ingram has a lot of books on this, I just wanted to share. There seems to be so many things no one can help, so I thought I would out this out there for those who want help. I also use emergen-c (vit c powdered drink) and when it all get really bad I use sambucol. Really wonderful items!!!!
