Well alright I was just wondering if anyone has used the One-A-Day All-Day Energy supplement that has just come out. I was thinking of trying it so that not only do I have more energy for the entire day just to get through it but also for more energy during workout time. Thanks for any replies...
i havnt tried that one but i take a multi vitamin, a calcium, and a super complex b12 every morning and i can tell when i miss them! it took a couple weeks of this combination for me to start feeling better but i certainly do now!
