My favorite Resveratrol is the Nature's Way.
Its 60 capsules.
They sell it in the Vitamin Shoppe or you can get it online.
NSI also makes a good Resveratrol on Vitacost.
NSI makes about 3 different versions with different ingredients.
I think Resveratrol is the best anti oxidant.
Resveratrol is found in red wine and protects cells against lipid peroxidation and free radicals.
Japanese knotweed is a potent source of resveratrol and has traditionally been used for the heart, liver, and blood vessels.
You should take 1 or 2 capsules a day.
