Can I take green tea extract without a meal?
I know that green tea's anti-oxidation properties is stopped by taking it with milk, so I know not to take my green tea extract supplements with that, but I also know that most supplements need to be taken with a source of fat to absorb them.
So do I have to take green tea extract with a source of fat other than milk/dairy, or can I take it without a source of fat (with no meal at all, or a meal without fat)?
