Hello,
My guess is that the dosage depends on the type of each supplement. I have two different ones here. One is Omega3 Super Concentrate EPA400 DHA 200, taken 3x daily 1 capsule each. I just bought another type (3 bottles of this - on sale) which is called Wild Salmon & Fish Oils 1000mg EPA180 DHA120, not nearly as concentrated as my old one. This one is also taken 3x a day 1 capsule each time. I do wonder if they are both equally beneficial, given the differences in the content of EPA and DHA.
Can anyone tell me? I want to take the best there is.
I might have to talk to the pharmacist again.....
Omega3's are good for the heart and brain function.
