Hi,
Just wondering if you could be a little bit more specific. I have the above (floaters) and sometimes migraine vision irregularities. I'd like to know what the berries (??) are. Is is a liquid one puts in the eyes as you would eyedrops, or actual dried berries to make tea with, or supplements in a capsule form,or what? Where would one look for them?
Thank you Alagaesia!

Bilberry is a supplement that comes in capsule form. I think there's a tea as well but I'm not sure. You just swallow a few capsules a day. It all depends on the dosage. When I take it I take 2 a day. The kind I take are 120 MG each. The bottle says I can take up to 4 a day but I only need 2. If you want good bilberry make sure somewhere on the bottle it says 25% anthocyansides. If it doesn't say that then its not gonna work as well. You can find it in pretty much any health store. I use the vitamin shoppe brand but there are many different brands to choose from.
My grandmother had one or 2 mild floaters in I think it was her left eye. She said since taking the bilberry she hasn't seen any floaters in her eye. I also used to have bad eyestrain to the point where I would feel not dizzy but sort of off balance. Haven't had that since taking this.
