Can someone recommend a good multi vitamin & mineral supplement for a woman just into hers 50s.Thanks.

My wife likes Prescriptive Formulas by Nature's Bounty. Dr. Art Ulene was the originator of the formulas. It comes in a box, and is usually found on the bottom shelves of drugstores like Walgreens. The vitamins are in packets.
