Cayenne gets the blood going and improves metabolism. Cayenne contains capsaicin which relieves pain and itching. I use to take 2 tablets a day every day for years. It's said to improve poor circulation, weak digestion, heart disease, chronic pain, sore throats, headaches and toothache.
I still use cayenne I just put it on my food. I think I need to go back to the pills though. It's a lot easier. If I'm not hungry I can just take them in capsule form.
EDIT: If you take to much you will have a burny butt when having a bowel movement.
