vitamins and supplements
I am taking vitamin e, garlic, flaxseed, bee pollen, and fish oil capsules. Is it safe taken together?

Re: vitamins and supplements
Flaxseed and fish oil both supply omega-3 fatty acids. Depending on the dosages, that might be more than you need, though I'm not aware of how much too much is.
