Best form of calcium?
In your opinion...what is the best form of calcium?

I was taking a Coral Complex of Cal/Mag and a proprietary blend of trace minerals. But it was getting way too costly. So I decided to try a Cal/Mag supplement that is mainly Citrate with a little carbonate and aspartate. I am wondering if that was the right choice.
