hi, i am look to start taking a multivitamin as i feel i am not getting enough in my diet.. i was looking to buy one a day mens but it is rather hard to find in the UK <removed>

i am looking for a large bottle (ie 250) at a reasonable price,

eat alot more vegetables and fruits, you'll get plenty vitamins and minerals from them. Try to limit your dairy products. I know milk is said to be healthy, but the truth is that calcium needs magnesium to be absorbed. Milk has no magnesium or very little of it. Which this does is force your body to take magnesium from your bones, which makes it weaker. I think its magnesium, could be another mineral.
