Trixibel ~ It's funny that you mention that particular item of food...When I was pregnant (which was very recently), I had INTENSE cravings for tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches. I ate them every single day for lunch during my first trimester...it was bizarre.
When I do get the most tired it is usually between 1pm to 2pm and it lasts throughout the rest of the day. It's so frustrating. I'm a teacher and I cannot be functioning like this with a group of second graders. Unfortunately, I am only a long term substitute finishing out the end of the year (until June), so I do not receive health benefits - go USA! haha. Anyway, I do not have health insurance, so I cannot afford to get blood work done. I did go out and get a multi-vitamin with extra iron, chromium, fish oil, and vitamin B-12. I'm also really watching what I'm eating, and I've stopped eating the school's lunches: holy fattening, processed foods!
I just really want to feel better. I think I eat a lot of times out of sheer boredom. It's so cold here now, and the thought of exercising does not entice me. I just need a swift kick in the you know what! Thanks for the reply!
