If you go to your local drug store, you'll find one higher priced and well known vitamin was recently in the news for containing the correct amount of nutrients.

Enzymatic therapies is a reputable and very good brand. <removed> My Doctor is all into this and this was what he recommended. I use this energy booster pack ( it is by enzymatic) It is chock filled with stuff and tastes like a smoothie.

I have taken Megafood's One Daily, these are taken from actual food and are absorbed better in the body than synthetic, lab-vitamins found at most stores.
I also have taken IntraMax, a delicious liquid vitamin that has over 415 nutrients!! it's about $75 a bottle, but I think everyone should try it at least once.
