Well, i just take a valerian + other herbs infusion before going to bed. It helps me have a restful sleep, so the next morning i feel much better . And yes, it can help with stress and anxiety too.
I've tried Valerian Root ... very good in getting you to sleep, a few drops of the extract in water does the trick, but it's also a diuretic so you will get up in the night to pee .. it should not be used long term and as always check with your physican
