pH Alkaline Supplements

I've read some info on 'greens' products, to regulate your pH levels, and I was wondering if anyone here has used these products? If so, what brands have you used, and what were your results?

My reason for wanting to use this is for general wellness, and to aid in fighting fatigue.
I eat pretty decent, and I'm an active submission wrestler.

Thanks

Re: pH Alkaline Supplements

I have been using "liquid" ph balancing solutions and the "strips" that you pee on and read how high or low your ph level is; it seems to work pretty well. They're available at a good health food store; you just add some of the liquid "balancer" to any drink and adjust it as your results warrant. And when I got into this a few years ago they told me that your ph level is very important because that's when a lot of diseases start when your balance is out of whack. Good luck.

Re: pH Alkaline Supplements

My daughter has reversed type 1 diabetes using Robert O. Young's products. I believe his products are the best. He seems to do extensive research on what he promotes.
