Proprietary Fructose Compounding?

proprietary Fructose Compounding mineral delivery system claims it keeps minerals from binding with other nutrients in your digestive tract. Thus allowing them into your bloodstream faster and easier. The company Melaleuca makes these vitamins and minerals. Vitality is the line of vitamins.

Does anybody know anything about this???

Re: Proprietary Fructose Compounding?

Um, sounds pretty fishy to me. I'm sure they make good vitamins, but, I'd be pretty surprised if it works as advertised.

With iron in particular, it might not be the best idea to trick your body into absorbing extra iron, as many folks in developed countries, especially men, already get more than they need. Too much iron isn't healthy, either.

Mineral transport isn't governed by a single process.

In any case, much of how minerals pass through a digestive tract has much to do with each individual, not a particular sugar.
