Does anyone know the symptoms of being vitamin D deficient? I was just wondering. I am being checked for that right now. Thanks!

Re: Symptoms of vitamin D deficency??

I just had blood work doneand it says I am and deficient, not severe but under normal range. Your bones hurt, ache, actually can be very painful sometimes. You can have stomach(intestinal issues) such as Chron's Disease or feel like you do. You can feel tired, weak, muscle aches, chronic pain, it can be debilitating. I am still researching I am just telling you how I feel. I think you can also have urinary pain, burning.

It's not a good thing to have. I hope I helped. I will let you know what else I found out.
Oh, you can simply be deficient or the deficiency can be from something else, parathyroid disease, hyperparathyroidism, thyroid problem, some cancers and more!! I just found out so I am trying to take it all in, the doctor hasn't told me yet I just have a copy of the report and I looked up some of the results online and the Vitamin D is way too low. We'll see. Good luck to you!bb
