I would recommend 5 vitamins.
First you want to take Vitamin C
2nd, you want to take Calcium with Vitamin D. Get Calcium Carbonate vitamin thats 500 or 600 MG with the Vitamin D
3rd, you want to take an Omega 3 vitamin
I like the Flax, Borage and Fish oil Omega vitamins.
Its got Omega, 3, 6, and 9 in it
4th, you should take an anti oxidant vitamin.
I like the NSI 42 Fruits & Vegetables -- 1,400 mg per serving. Its 180 Capsules for 14 99. <removed>
This vitamin has like every anti oxidant in it.
5th i would recommend Lutein vitamins for the eye.
