I am very interested in this product....BUT I am confused by the brands claiming to be "the best' ... the one did oprah suggest is way to expensive!!

Please no MLM just looking for honest advice.

Fruits -- whole fruits (except for banana peels and peach pits

) -- are healthy for us in moderation. Fruits have vitamins and minerals and fiber and good nutritiony things because of their color and so on. Fruits also have simple carbs, which is why they should be eaten in moderation.

There are no wonder foods. Period. You aren't going to live longer or avoid dire diseases or have more energy from taking capsules of specific fruits. The pyramid marketers are trying to enrich their own pockets and impoverish yours.

Eat real food. Buy fruits from your grocery store or health food store or farmers' market. But buy real ones, not some mystery juice in a capsule.

Okay, I'm off my soapbox now.

Acai berry does sound promising but you should run it by your doctor & mabye get a recommendation of good supplement brands. It does depends greatly on the manufacturing process of certain brands. Make sure the supplement you use has a garantee on potency & purity and backed up by GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

I've been using it for the last few months, I'm happy with it, I feel more energetic and my skin is clearer.

If price is an issue, I been using the Life Dynamics Brand, I'm happy with the quality (Contains 1000mg).

Let me tell you about my experience with *********. I was looking for this product for sometime, and I made the mistake to buy twice this product to the erroneus provider, so I wasted my money defenetely.

Last summer I spent my holidays in Ireland (I am from Spain) and I went to visit a friend of mine who is making diet since some months ago (she has to lose a lot of pounds
