i take both ginko (helps blood flow) and ginseng (asian/korean panax). ginseng, rhodiola and ashwagandha are adaptogens that help us deal with stress. a multi-vit/min is always a good idea--it certainly won't harm you. are you having a specific problem?? if so, i can tell you what supps may help. anti-oxidants are very important to help prevent cancer, heart disease etc... garlic, coq10 are also important.
