Green Tea Extract Capsules 315 mg - Vitamins & Supplements Message Board

I just started taking these - 2 capsules 2 x a day. I just read hear that they shouldn't be taken with milk?? I take them with water in the a.m. right before breakfast but my breakfast consists of 1 cup Fiber One cereal and 1/2 cup skim milk. It does say to take the capsules preferably with a meal on the bottle.

Can I still do this without losing the potency of the green tea extract??

i take green tea and have never heard that it shouldn't be mixed with milk--where did you hear that? i think if you take them 1 hour before breakfast--that should be fine.

I read it on this site under this message board. I did a search on green tea extract and I saw it on one of the older boards.They said they lose potency with milk. I take them right before breakfast. I don't wait an hour. That would mean getting up way too early......

Well I'm sure it will work fine. I've also been drinking 2 cups of green tea daily as well. I hope I get the results with the weight that my friend did. She did awesome. She swears by them....she lost over 100 lbs...of course she did exercise and watch what she ate too but she said once she started the green tea extracts the weight just melted off her. I only want to lose about 30# by the end of Feb. Cruise time!
