So here's my story. I've been studying for the September 2009 LSAT and have been so consumed with the stress of studying along with other personal stresses in my life that I have completely stopped taking care of my health. Haven't exercised in over a month and I'm definitely not eating right. I find that my energy levels are crashing and my concentration is suffering. Aside from getting back on exercise/healthy eating horse...are there any natural supplements/vitamins I can take to help? Any inspiring words of motivation would be welcomed too!
