Smile What are some natural DHT blockers and/or hormone balancing herbs or supplements?

I am after natural remedies that will reduce my DHT and testosterone levels and balance out my hormornes and help stop my (female) hair loss.
Currently taking Wheatgrass, Saw Palmetto, Green Tea, Yerba Matte Tea... Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks.

Do you have a thyroid problem? As abnormal hair shedding, elevated testosterone and imbalance of hormones are often all connected.

I see a naturopath who does a herbal mix to correct my menstrual cycle, shrink my fibroid and lower my estrogen. The herbs i'm on have been changed from time to time, but you also need to know what dosage, otherwise you can further mess up your hormones. The herbs need to be astringent for them to help the menstrual cycle, that much i remember. I tried to go it alone and buy over the counter products to help with hormones and it never helped me.
