Vitamin D toxcity

I have been dealing with severe pain throughout my body. Post hysterectomy.I had blood work done and it ruled out athritis and other diseases that cause joint pain. Possibly Fibromayalgia. The doctor informed me that my Vitamin D levels are extremely high over 200. I do not take supplements. I have read that this can cause to much calcium in the blood which could lead to bone and soft tissue damage. Has anyone ever heard of this. In the mean time I am waiting for addition blood work to come back. BAFFELED:
