Good brand of Sublingual B12

Hi,

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good brand of sublingual B12?

I need to go out and get some this weekend but I've never taken this before so I don't know which brand to get.

I also need a good B-100 complex.

Thanks,
Mstic1

Re: Good brand of Sublingual B12

Sublingual B12 side effects tend to develop slowly and, at first, may go unrecognized. As the condition grows worse, common symptoms include the following:

Weakness and fatigue, Palpitations and rapid heartbeat, A sore tongue that is red and beefy in appearance, Weight loss, Yellowish tinge to eyes and skin, Light-headedness and dizziness, Shortness of breath, Nausea or poor appetite or Diarrhea

If sublingual B12 side effects remain for a lengthy period of time, the condition may damage nerve cells beyond repair and can cause the following symptoms:

Difficulty walking, Irritability, Dementia, Psychosis, Numbness and tingling in feet and hands, Muscle weakness, Memory loss or Depression.

I'm now trying Mercola's B-12 spray. I've used other of his products and find them to be high quality.

For a B complex I've used various brands - Twin Labs, Solgar. I just always try to go with capsules instead of tablets and choose those that don't have a lot of "fillers".
