Smile Which one of these would cause hunger? (flax, mg, enzymes)

I started taking GNC supplements yesterday, for my constipation problem. I took flax seed oil (1 after dinner), magnesium (1 after dinner, 250mg) and digestive enzymes (1 after dinner). Today I woke up with EXTREME HUNGER, like I had not experienced in years. I did nothing different yesterday except taking those supplements.

Have you taken these supplements? Have you experienced hunger? Which one would it be? I found no relationship between these supplements and hunger doing a quick web search.

Thanks a bunch!
