Question SAM-E, or SAMe suppliments

I was reading that one could use it with b12 if the b12 is a certain kind, otherwise your liver needs to change the b12 to absorbe it(works more), so this suppliment helps. I have of-course a variety of symptoms, achlorhydria, likely b12 deificiency, and a form of insomnia sometimes(light sleeper). I'm just wondering if anyone has used this. It sounds like it acts like caffeene(maybe a viable alternative to caffeene since I drink it so regularly), and you should take it in the am. I may try it. Just asking around though.
