spring vally super b complex energy metabolism

i started taking ths a week ago and it turns my urine really yellow is this normal and i itch....

The yellow is normal(I take Spring Valley Natural B high potency). The itching might be temporary but if it keeps up or gets worse, then you might be allergic to something in the vitamin. Stop it. Wait for all itching to stop and then try again. If the itching comes back, you can't take that brand or perhaps any Vit. B complex. Try taking the individual B's....only add one type at a time. If you start to itch again, then you'll know which one caused it and you can avoid that vitamin.
