| Vitamin D Defiency question?
I had been having alot of crazy symptons starting back in April 2010, headaches, numbness in legs and feet and arm tingling in face, hands,arm,legs, feet also throbbing in legs,neck pain,back pain, chest pain mild etc, just a mess, had all types of test, ekg,mri brain and spine to rule out ms,muscle test not sure of name, had heart ultrasound, chest xray all type of blood, all ok ect blood low due to slight anemia, found carpal tunnel, arithritis in neck and a pinch nerve, was prescride, iron pills, and pain meds still no change in symptons, I went back to doc and ask to have vitamin levels check I was chk for low vitamin b,d and magnesium and vitamin d level came back really low, was then prescribed 50000 iu to take over a 4wk period and 95% of symptons seemed to vanish, it has been a few months since taking meds and I seem to be getting some of the symptons again, do u guys think maybe I shld have continued to take some vitamin d3 supplement, I never went back to doc to chk my levels after taking meds, any help wld be appreciated.
