Is this combination of vitamins safe?
Im considering starting to take the following vitamin and minerals combination:
Green tea tablets
Ginkgo Biloba Extract
vitamin b5 powder
a standard multivitamin
possibly saw palmetto extract
i have recently discovered that it appears my hairline is receeding above my temples, and i want to try and halt this process as much as i can with natural substances.
They arent just for the hair problem, green tea is obviously beneficial for a number of reasons, glucosamine is widely used for weight training etc. My reasoning for potentially taking b5 is that most multivitamins doesnt contain it at all, and its meant to be good for hair loss.
Is the above comination safe/advisable to take together?
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I am not a big believer in spot vitamin therapy. I think the body needs to be treated as a whole and that certain vitamins do well with others and when they are used off balance the body can be off balance. Minerals are necessary for the body to use vitamins and without proper minerals the vitamins are useless. Green food is good at all times and is more of an antioxident. B vitamins should be taken as a whole not just b5.
