Question Do vitamins go bad after opening them?

One is GNC Womens ultra mega active(EXP march 2013), and the other is GNC buffered vitamin C(EXP: 2014). I purchased them sometime last year, i cant remember exactly what month, i think it was closer to march or april. I took them for a couple of days, but i am horrible at remembering pills. So i stopped taking them. I want to try and take them again, but are they still good when they have been opened and then sitting there sealed with a cover for 6 months. I dont want to get sick from taking them...

I doubt they would make you sick. The only possibility I can think of is that they might have lost some of their original potency, but probably not so after just 6 months.

Look at them. If they still look ok (not soggy or anything) they should be fine.
