The nutrients that are easiest to OD on are iron, Vit A, D, and E. You seem to be OK on iron, D and E.
The men's health vitamin contains 10,000 IU of vitamin A per day, which is the recommended maximum intake. It is provided in the inactive form, which makes overdose less likely, but combined with what's in the Hair Skin Nails vitamin and what you are getting from food, it might be a bit much.
Ultimately, taking both is probably safe. But all those redundant vitamins are unnecessary, so why spend the extra money?
