Re: Are these two supplements ok to take together?

The nutrients that are easiest to OD on are iron, Vit A, D, and E. You seem to be OK on iron, D and E.

The men's health vitamin contains 10,000 IU of vitamin A per day, which is the recommended maximum intake. It is provided in the inactive form, which makes overdose less likely, but combined with what's in the Hair Skin Nails vitamin and what you are getting from food, it might be a bit much.

Ultimately, taking both is probably safe. But all those redundant vitamins are unnecessary, so why spend the extra money?

Exclamation Isopure and Daily Multivitamin

Some background information,

Right now I am taking Opti-men multivitamins three times a day (Monday through Sunday), along with fish oil three times a day. On every other day(M,W,F) I work out, and take Natures Best Isopure zero carb protein along with beta alanine. Occasionally when I'm not feeling energized I'll take supplements called Anadraulic State, and Anadraulic Pump, before lifting.

My main question is, I noticed that my Isopure and Opti-Men have a lot of the same vitamins. Is it safe to take these together? Or should I not take the multivitamins on the days I work out?

A not as important question is, has anyone else taken either of the Anadraulic products before? I've been taking them for a few weeks and have only noticed a slight difference.

Thanks,
Dan
