Which one of these plans would be ideal?
 
For maximum absorption and no conflict in absorption, which of these plans would be better?

1.
Morning: take 1 of 3 multivitamins, selenium, and lutein.
Lunch: take 2 of 3 multivitamins, flaxseed oil capsules.
Bedtime: take 3 of 3 multivitamins, vitamin C, vitamin D, magnesium, lycopene.

2.
Morning: take 1 of 3 multivitamins, vitamin D, lutein.
Lunch: take 2 of 3 multivitamins, flaxseed oil capsules, selenium.
Bedtime: take 3 of 3 multivitamins, vitamin C, magnesium, lycopene.

3.
Morning: take 1 of 3 multivitamins, vitamin D, lutein.
Lunch: take 2 of 3 multivitamins, vitamin C, magnesium, lycopene.
Bedtime: take 3 of 3 multivitamins, flaxseed oil capsules, selenium.

4.
Morning: take 1 of 3 multivitamins, lutein, lycopene.
Lunch: take 2 of 3 multivitamins, flaxseed oil capsules, vitamin D.
Bedtime: take 3 of 3 multivitamins, selenium, magnesium, vitamin C.

I'm thinking number four might be the most ideal. Feel free to propose a custom one as well if you'd like. Thank you. :)

If I were doing it, I'd go option 2 or 3, either is best I'd say.

I apologize if I'm derailing things, but I'm curious, is there a reason that you've opted for flaxseed oil over fish oil?
