Vitamin D!
20 year old male.
Symptoms -
Cold red feet and hands
Anxiety
Depression
Headaches
Trembling

Went to get blood tests, everything is great except for my Vitamin D level, it was a 10!

Could that be the reason for all of my symptoms? Including my cold hands and feet?

I just started. I was prescribed 50,000IU 2 times a week to try and get my level up to the 40-50 range.
