Why would a vitamin mineral capsule make me sick?
It has got to be the Twinlab multi vitamin mineral without iron. Even though I take them with food, they still make me sick for most of the day.

Well I will stop taking them after today because after feeling like the flu setting in, and I sure thought it was the flu.LOl

I have also had stuffy nose and indigestion. Was taking Centrum silver and not doing bad accept they constipate me.

It is not the vitamin mineral making me sick. I cannot eat eggs anymore. Allergic to them.
