nicole tee Newbie (female) Join Date: May 2011 Location: brooklyn Posts: 1	sublingual vit b complex with b12 Hi! After reading a book on Guide to supplements, I plan to consume some vit b complex. Therefore, I bought a sublingual vit b complex. After taking just 1 drop I feel dizzy, sleepy and blurry eyesight. Can anyone give me some advice on these symptoms or does anybody have the same effect as me? Tq!
