Vitamins - Can too much be bad for you?

And what worried me was the warning on the side of the Vitamin bottle which states that a daily dose of Vitamin B6 may lead to numbness and tingling if used long term. This tablet contains 40mg. So is this something which I should be careful about or is it ok to take this Vitamin daily?

Also I know that the B vitamins make your urine yellow but on some days it doesn't turn yellow so does that mean that the body was lacking in B vitamins?

Yes -- you can take too much of some vitamins. B vits are water soluble but if you are defiecent in one B vitamin -- taking 40mg daily I thing is too much because it creates shortage of other Bs long term.

It also is closely similar to estrogen.
B2 cause the urine to turn yellow.

You can also get Vitamin A toxicity.

too much of any vitamin could cause imbalance in your nutrition which may affect your health. That is why there is a suitable amount of dosage.

vitamin B6 is only toxic in doses of over 200mg/day so you should be fine.
