coconut oil

Is anyone familiar with coconut oil..Has anyone used it?

it melts so easily. i just gave it to my daughter hwo has mono.. tablespoon..melted which is probably two tablespoons when emulsified. I had to put it in the refrig to make it pastey. Just heard the guy who wrote the book..talking about die off effect..ahh hopefully she wont notice..has mono anyway. it seems to actually help her..so Ill keep using it.I told the doc aout it and he is fine with me giving it to her.

Hi Jen, Thank you for the info. I alway he of coconut milk but never coconut oil. I shop in two days and I will find it where ever it my be. I'll go store to store. Now what are the health benefits for me? Thank you again. take care
