Question I need help with vitamins please!

I take many vitamins and I am trying to meet all my daily needs. I take vitamins for bettter hair, skin, nails, added muscle, weight loss, increased energy and general prevenative care. I am a 22yr female and I looked up my daily needs and noticed I was deficient in a lot. My diet is lacking because of a diet I am on that prevents the consumption of sugar and starches. My normal diet is high in protein (about 150+ grams a day) with 7 servings fruit and vegitables and some dairy. With all this in mind here are the vitamins I take:

Probiotic 3 billion active cultures 3x a day
Niacin 1000mg 1x a day
Ginseng complex with royal jelly 1000mg 3x a day
mega B-100 timed release 2x a day
Fiber force 6 6x a day(2 at a time)
Acai with green tea 1500mg 3x a day
Triple Omega 3-6-9 fish, flax, and borage oils 3x a day
Prenatal 1x a day (not pregnant, for hair and nails)
Calcium 600+D plus minerals

and a vitamin pack that has

Vit A 4700iu
Vit C .5g
Vit D 340iu
Vit E 150 iu
thiamin 38mg
riboflavin 38mg
niacin 41 mg
B6 90mg
folic 200mcg
B12 6mcg
Biotin 150
Pantothenic acid 1g
Calcium 1g
Phosphorus 660mg
Iodine 75g
Magnesium 200g
Zinc 15mg
selenium 25mcg
copper 300mcg
Manganese 2.5mg
chromium 30mcg
Potassium 100mg


With all this when should I take the vitamins? I don't think I can take them all at once, but how should I spread them out? Are there any that shouldnt go together? Right now I take my vitamin pack in the morning and the rest I take at 6 different times a day. I would like to reduce that a lot but still get the most benefit wothout wasting what my body can't absorb.

all you need is a multi vitamin daily

gnc has some great stuff

all those extra vitamins are not necessary
