| Vertigo episodes connected to 5HTP?
Hi
I've been taking Solgar 100mg 5HTP before bed for over 2 years to help with anxiety/depression.
Since May this year I have started suffering with balance problems and episodes of vertigo and nausea. For the past year I have also had palpitations with symptoms of my heart racing. I have also had bouts of restlessness and sleeplessness. I have had an MRI which was clear so I am now wondering if this is possibly due to the 5HTP. I also take magnesium and B6 vitamin C and Evening Primrose oil.
