| Protein Shake Combined with Stregth Vitamins???
Yesterday i bought a protein shake at a GNC and well the guy working there recommended me to get a Stregth Vitamin Pack as well... But i'm not entirely sure about what his knowledge in vitamins and stuff like that so i was a little curious... Is it ok to take these two together?

Any advice on taking these two? I can maybe take only one pill of vitamin instead of the 2 im supposed to take,, or something like that. Also, i can decrease the amount of protein shake im taking in as well... the shake's label calls for 2 scoops, but i can take in 1 only if its better for my health.
What would you all recommend?
