| Magnesium Taurate
It has been suggested to me to try this particular form of Mag for PVCs and PACs. I have also been told it helps with depression and anxiety which I also have. It seems there are only a couple brands on the market and seem to be quite expensive. The best I have found is 180 pills (125mg) for 25 bucks.
Questions...
Anyone else take this? Experiences? For what did you take it? And where was the cheapest place to get it?
I currently take a chelated krebs multi-mineral as well as used powdered Mag Citrate (Natural Calm). They have helped, but I do still have the problem. I have been told that Taurate is the best choice for my issues. Thoughts on this?
