Lousie26 Newbie (female) Join Date: Jun 2012 Location: South Africa Posts: 1	CLA and Vitamin A I started using Oratane acne medicine. I have been warned to avoid any the intake of Vit A (except in food). I was using CLA supplements before, but am now worried that, although CLA does not contain any Vit A, it might increase the Vit A in the body, thus affecting my liver function? I have serched on the net and can't find any answer. Could anyone help?
