Tingling in feet from b-12/D-3 supplements?
After struggling with unsteadiness, fatigue and weird head sensations for about 3 years I found that my vitamins b-12 was at 364 and D at 17. None of my symptoms ever included tingling in feet or hands. I started taking 1000 mcg of b-12 as well as 1000 of D-3 daily and about a month into it I started feeling tingling and burning in my feet, usually towards the end of the day when at rest. I've been taking supplements for about 3 months now and recently re-checked b-12, which came back at around 800, so I'm going to stop my b-12 for now. My fatigue is gone and I feel more stable overall. From what I read b-12 and D-3 are safe at least in the doses I've been using. Was wondering if anyone else ever experienced side effects from these vitamins? Thanks for any input.
