A multivitamin would benefit definately, but as far as hormones, it depends on your body. Your doctor needs to test your blood to see what hormones you need. Some people do not even have to take hormones after a hysterectomy, but then there are some that do. I am not sure on when you had surgery, but usually your doctor will wait at least a year for your body to recoup from the surgery and then test your hormones. Hope this helps! Thanks.
