I have a problem with stress, and tension. Any top notch stress formulas out there that could benefit me? I've seen some online, but I'd like some suggestions.
Magnesium is calming, and magnesium glycinate is a good one. In addition, I've read that calcium carbonate can make depression, stress, etc. worse, so you may want to avoid calcium carbonate.
If you feel you are not getting enough calcium in your diet, then you could look into the different types of calcium, but I've read calcium carbonate can cause mild mood problems, so to be on the safe side you may not want to take calcium carbonate.
According to me you should focus more on meditation and Yoga. Also eat fresh fruits like grapes, blueberries, cranberries, blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries. Hope this will help you.
