| | Vitamins to help underactive thyroid?
Hi there, I'm on low level of thyroxine for an underactive thyroid and would like to supplement it with some vitamins. I've been told the following are good for the thyroid and to increase metabolic rate; Q10, selenium, kelp, B complex and zinc. Can you offer an advice?
I need something to give me the energy to exercise to burn calories gained whilst undiagnosed with underactive thyroid - my weight isn't shifting at all and I need a boost in energy!!! Many Thanks
