You can purchase L-Tyrosine at any health food store. I have never used it before so I can't comment. There are foods that will increase your low level of dopamine that you should consider such as seafood or take an Omega 3 Fish Oil Capsule. I like Krill Oil. Also, watermelon, apples, bananas, almonds, pumpkin seeds, yogurt and dark chocolate with at least 70% cocoa and also B Vitamins are very important.
What will decrease dopamine is stress, certain anti depressants, poor nutrition, alcohol, caffeine and sugar.
