I've been taking a product called CellEssence which is essentially plant antioxidants for energy, health, and skin. I've used it for about a month now and I've definitely seen an improvement in my skin; anyone else get similar results from antioxidants? Is it basically the same result as eating a lot of fruit (or I guess tea according to the label)?
I've read a lot about tea antioxidant being really good for your skin. Countries that drink a lot of tea (especially green tea, like Japan) seem to have populations that look younger. So it's possible that concentrated amounts of tea antioxidants daily would yield the same results.

Thanks for the help! What about antioxidants for energy? Anyone know?
