I used to take multivitamins for years!!!! I took them for at least 15 years, then one day I heard on news that they were not good for you to take.. so I stopped. But, I don't know how they wouldn't be good for you to take, everything I read about them is good for you. I even heard the folic acid helps reduce strokes in adults, so that is a plus! Just was wondering what everyone's opinions were on taking a daily Women/ Mens multivitamin.
Also, I am soon to be turning over the hill of 40 years old, believe I had a hot flash. has anyone tried that i-cool stuff at walmart? I wonder if it is good and safe to use? or is magnesium better?
